Body Balance for Performance
Golf Fitness & Conditioning
If your goal is to get your game back on course, look to our nationally recognized Body Balance for PerformanceŽ Golf Fitness Program.
Have you asked yourself:
- WHY can't I make the dramatic swing changes my golf professional is trying to teach?
- WHY is a bottle of pain reliever in my golf bag as common as extra golf balls?
- WHY do I continue to lose Distance, Accuracy and Consistancy, but I am playing & practicing more than ever?
- HOW can you prepare yourself to get back to playing golf safely after a recent injury or surgery?
If so, call us and schedule your comprehensive Golf Performance Evaluation or give us a call for more information.
I now can turn better and have a better range of flexibility. My improvement is steady and consistent. The once a week commitment is a great way of rechecking my progress: my strength and balance. I've learned not only to play better golf, but also to prevent lower back pain and injury. I now show my patients how to use these techniques in strengthening their lower abdomen.
I'm now more energetic, and more flexible. I'm able to hit the ball longer and my swing is also more stable. My posture is much improved due to strengthening of my lower body, spine and torso. I reduced my average score by 5 strokes.
BBFP gave me a better understanding of muscle functions and ultimately the mechanics of my golf swing. For example, I was able to achieve greater flexibility and strength with my hip rotation. I now incorporate the BBFP exercises with my work-outs. I also do the prescribed stretches each morning. Before BBFP, I didn't know which muscles work with my golf swing. Since BBFP, I've reduced my handicap by 4 or 5 strokes and increased my drive by 20 or 30 yards.
I enrolled in the program to find out if I can elevate my game to the professional level. It was a long range goal and at that time, I had a 7 handicap. Today, I'm a "scratch" player on the non-competitive side. I was able to increase my drive length by 35 yards and maintain consistency and sustain my strength for 4 to 5 hours during the course of the game.

A structured program helps me stay focused and on track. With BBFP, I'm able to execute a longer drive. I'm also able to walk 9 holes and feel great. Taking lessons from golf pro Tommy Hines along with BBFP program improved my game tremendously. I'm now able to enjoy golf and not get frustrated with the pain. At my age, I'm a little skeptical at first but in the end, I wished I had done it sooner.
My overall physical wellbeing is much improved. My drive is farther and straighter than ever. My only set back is a recent knee injury from a skiing accident.
